After the death of his father, Dr. Brian Heinen Sr. literally had to run his way through college on a track scholarship before finally graduating from LSU Medical School in 1970. It is his respect for the dignity of every human person, from conception to natural death, that most imbues his personal and professional life, most notably impacting his doctor-patient relations. Charged with a mission, he and his children have set out to change the history of medical care so that no patient ever suffers exploitation through unjust structures in our society. He and his children founded Chronic Disease Solutions because they humbly believe that every patient deserves the right to be treated in accord with their human dignity.

Dr. Jade Heinen, was inspired to become a physician like his father, Dr. Brian Heinen. Currently, Dr. Jade enjoys working side-by-side with his father at one of their clinics in Eunice - where he runs a cutting edge wellness program, continuously finding new technology to help improve patient care to the people of Ville Platte, Louisiana.
Dr. Jade has 8 years of Family Practicing experience. He received his degree from LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. Anyone who knows Dr. Jade personally would say that he is compassionate and attentive to those in his care. He is the kind of man who is dedicated to his patients, but also to his family. Dr. Jade enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and their Five children - Avery, Samuel, Blair, Brynn and Briella.
